8 Must-watch animes of 2022 Fall. Part 1

8 Must-watch animes of 2022 Fall. Part 1

This list is by no means a ranking, I’m just listing out my most anticipated animes for the fall of 2022 once again in no particular order. and there are a lot of them. This will be part 1 out of 2.

Chainsaw man

Now, this anime needs no introductions at all. I’ve already seen people comparing and trying to see who was stronger; Gojou or Makima. Now, I am not here to compare those two… not yet at least. Chainsaw man follows Denjil, a boy who just wants to live a simple happy life; maybe even find a girl along the way. However, that’s far from happening as he merges with his best friend Pchita who is a chainsaw; turning him into a Chainsaw man. Due to his newfound “abilities”, his only chance of living a normal-ish life is by working for the Publick Safety Bureau and hunting demons down. The manga for this anime took the world by storm and now the anime seems to be heading in the same direction. I mean there was hyped about Chainsaw Man’s adaptation before the anime was even announced.

Spy x Family Part 2

Here is another big hitter. Spy x Family came out earlier this year in Spring and once again caught the world by surprise; kind of fitting for a Spy-focused anime. In all seriousness, there is so much about this anime that just keeps you locked into it. whether it be from the handsome good-heart spy who just wants kids to not experience wars, to the clumsy yet dangerously beautiful assassin, or even the adorable mind-reading daughter who seems to let her imagination spiral out of control. Oh did I mention that none of them know each other’s true identities?? and that they’re a pretend family to boot?!?! Safe to say that part 2 will be just as crazy if not more than part 1.

Blue lock

Now, this is an interesting entry. Most people shy away from sports animes of any kind. However, this one seems to have very good manga/Ln; even though I have not read either, I am still hyped for this anime based on just one thing… The animation! I mean 8bit has done some nice animations on their past projects, but this just takes the cake. I mean the facial expressions look amazing, the anime looks colorful and vibrant, the movement looks so detailed, hell even the voice actors sound perfect for their respective characters. If the manga/Ln is even half as good as I hear it is; combined with the production behind the anime, then it is definitely going to be a contender for top sport’s anime… plus I mean, it’s soccer.

My Hero Academia: Season 6

My hero Academia’s 6th season is finally here and anime-only watchers are in for some huge surprises. Now I personally have not seen an episode since season four; I’ve been waiting for things to ramp up a bit and this is where it’s going to happen. This season will have the Paranormal Liberation war arc that may leave fans shocked and confused as to what is going to happen next. If what is written is adapted correctly then this season is going to show people why they need to put some respect on the boi Shigaraki; Man is about to be on DEMON TIME!!

Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen

Well, there’s no way I could have made this list and not added Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. This is the final act of the Bleach series that fans have been waiting for. It’s going to be broken down into four “seasons” each with 12–13 episodes. It’s going to be a rollercoaster ride for anybody who has not read the manga. Be prepared for new characters, surprising twists (although you should be used to that LOL), the new enemies “ Wandenreich” and maybe even some deaths. However, here’s hoping the ending is a bit better than the manga’s…

Bonus: Cyberpunk: Edgerunners( 8 days before fall started)

I really didn’t know where to fit this little gem here since it technically came out eight days before fall really started. Either way unlike the game’s initial release back in 2020; the anime was welcome and praised from start to finish. This is a short anime that only has 10 episodes; easy to binge-watch in about five hours. But for those short five hours, you are in for a ride. The fight scenes are cool and fit the cyberpunk universe, the animations go crazy, and each character has some personality. And the relationship story between David and Lucy is really enjoyable.

The verdict

This season is going to be amazing for anime watchers!!
